KIM GRECO

Kim Greco started her dance career with Les Ballets Jazz de Montréal where she studied on a full scholarship with their professional training program. To this day, Kim continues to take in dance, vocal and performing arts studies through her travels to New York and Los Angeles and even Europe. Kim is well versed in Classical Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical and Tap. Her studies also include voice and acting.

Over the course of the 19 years that Kim owned operated her dance studio; Kiana School of Dance where her dancers have gone on to work professionally, most recently Principal Dancer with Monaco Ballet in France. Her students have been part of great dance art institutions like the National Ballet School of Canada and have performed for ballet companies worldwide. Kim is a member of the CDMA Chapter #38 where many of her students have won numerous Dance Titles. Her students have and continue to be part of the competitive dance events that are held throughout North America. She herself has been part of dance adjudicator panels for over 35 years both here in Canada and the United States.

As a Choreographer and Master Teacher she continues to be sought after to work with Dancers across Canada and Europe. Returning from Sweden where she spent 4 days working with Ballet and Jazz students coaching them thru various techniques she affirms that dance is truly loved worldwide.

Since 2010 Kim paired the world of dance and travel where she now works as an Independent Group Travel coordinator with her own branding; Destinations by Design TPI. She specializes in Dance studio group travel. Hundreds of dancers from across Canada have experienced performances in places like Spain, Italy, Australia, Scotland, France, England, and closer to home New York, City and Disneyland, California Dancers have also enjoyed being on location and learning from top industry leaders; an up close and personal experience

Kim continues to work in the industry, giving Master Classes and Private Coaching techniques to enhance both skill and performance. Kim has worked with numerous The Theatre Companies, creating choreographic works for shows like: Cinderella, Guys and Dolls, Once Upon a Mattress with Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat to name a few.
