LINDSAY VOSKUIL

In addition to ten years of dance teaching experience, Lindsay Voskuil also holds Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance Dance from Ryerson University, as well as a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto’s Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. She is fortunate to have worked with recreational, pre-competitive, and competitive dancers at various instructional settings throughout her teaching career, and has also had the pleasure and challenge of working with pre-professional dancers at both Ryerson University and McMaster University. Some achievements Lindsay is most proud of are her various awards for best overall choreography at multiple competitions, as well as co-producing enChoreo, a student choreographic works performance at Ryerson University. She also works closely with the Charitable Giving Department at the Bank of Montreal, to coordinate funding and sponsorship in order to help the development of arts and education organizations across Canada.

Lindsay thoroughly enjoys sharing her knowledge of and passion for dance and arts education through teaching, in the hopes to encourage both creative and personal growth in students – helping them to find their individual voices as young artists.
